Services

John Watkins is available to act as a mediator through his law firm, Chorey, Taylor & Feil, P.C. Mediations may be held at Chorey, Taylor & Feil's offices at 3399 Peachtree Road, N.E., Suite 1700, Atlanta, GA 30326-1148, or such other location as the parties may agree, inside or outside of the Metropolitan Atlanta area.

Mr. Watkins and Chorey, Taylor & Feil do not charge an administrative fee for mediation. Mediation services are currently billed at $350 per hour, split equally between the parties. Rates are current through 2009, and are then subject to change. Any out of pocket costs (such as travel for mediations conducted at locations other than CTF, are billed at cost. All services are provided only after a conflict check has been run, conflicts cleared, and a written mediation agreement has been signed. Mediation services are provided on an hourly rate basis per party, plus out-of-pocket expenses. Mr. Watkins does not act as a mediator in divorce or other domestic relations matters.
